FCCLA stands for Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. FCCLA is a nonprofit national vocational student organization for young men and women in education in public and private schools through grade 12.
The mission of the FCCLA is to promote personal growth and leadership development through family
menbers and develop skills like,

Creative and critical thinking
Practical knowledge
To provide opportunities for personal development and preparation for adult life.
To encourage individual and group involvement in helping other.
To promote greater understanding beteween youth and adults.
