Local Mental Health Resources

John holds several college degrees including a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mt. Mercy University.   He provides a well-rounded application of therapeutic interventions to promote healing and positive change.  Working with individuals, couples and families, John helps to manage life’s difficult challenges and bring about peace of mind.

Annie utilizes a trauma informed model of practice, within that scope many modalities including CBT, DBT, biblio-therapy, writing therapies and art therapy.  She specializes in queer friendly practices, particularly working through transitions and life style changes.  She works with a variety of concerns folks might have ranging from depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns as well as healthy relationships, and stress management.

Sydney earned a teaching degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Faith Bible Seminary in Lafayette, IN. She is  certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).  You can expect active listening, relevant questions, honest responses, personal insights, and hope from the Word of God for your specific situation. She has helped individuals with anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, OCD, and addiction among other life struggles.
