West Liberty Community School District is working with HR Imaging Partners Inc. for school pictures and picture retakes this year. Please note that the ordering process for this company is different than the company we used previously. If you have not already logged on to https://hrimaging.com/#shop to view/order your child's fall pictures, we recommend doing so to determine if you would like your child to have their photo retaken. You may also place your order for picture retakes using the link above. You can also view your child's most recent picture in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you wish for your child's picture to be retaken, please contact the building office to have them added to the retake list. We already have a list of students who were absent on picture day and already plan to have their pictures taken.
Retake Dates
ELC and Elementary School: Tuesday, November 18th
Middle School: Wednesday, November 5th
High School: Monday, November 10th
Ordering School Pictures After Pictures Have Been Taken
After pictures have been taken, you can place an order by going to https://hrimaging.com/#shop
Enter zip code 52776, select your child's building from the list, and click Submit
Click on Order Pictures
Select the event
Enter your student's name
The system may ask you for your child's subject number, you will need to contact your child's building office to get that number.
