Join us for a celebration this afternoon at 3:30 pm in the High School Commons!

Mrs. Bailey hosted the first graders at her farm. They learned about pioneers and life long ago. They hiked, planted flowers, made butter (and ate it on crackers), played games from long ago, blew bubbles and enjoyed a beautiful day together. Students ended with "Solar S'mores"!

Join us for our 2025 Retirement Open House tomorrow from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in the High School Commons as we celebrate Vicki Vernon, Lori Hudson, and Carol Cline's combined 85 years of service to WLCSD!

The third grade classes travelled to the Black Hawk Historic Site and Hauberg Museum last Thursday. They hiked and learned about native plants and birds, attended a lesson about native animals, took a tour of the museum and learned about Native Americans that lived in the Quad Cities area until the 1600s, then played games that Native American children would have played at that time. They had a blast!
