Fastest Class News! Congratulations to Mrs. Evans' 4th grade class! They ran the most average laps per student in 5 minutes in a school-wide challenge for K - 4th grade. They get to keep the Fastest Class Trophy in their classroom for the next 8 weeks until we complete the challenge again in the springtime!
The fastest class from each grade were:
K- Daufeldt
1st- Simon
2nd- Brown
3rd- Shimmin
4th- Evans (Fastest overall)
We’ve been busy in 3rd grade! Learning about light/rainbows with prisms and flashlights, learning about sound by testing out different pitches using boxes and rubber bands, and using Legos to understand area with different sized unit squares.
Join us on Thursday, February 22nd at 1:15 p.m. in the Elementary Gym for our 3rd and 4th Grade Concert "Songs About Food." On your way to the gym, please take a moment to look at their artwork displayed in the hallway! We will see you there!
