Prepare Before Starting
Review the documents you may need to upload during online registration by CLICKING HERE. You will also need the information listed below before starting:
Household information - Address and phone numbers
Parent/Guardian information - Cell phone and work numbers, email addresses
Emergency contact information - Minimum of 2 people other than parents/guardians must be entered - Names and phone numbers
Student information - Demographic and health/medication information
Your online registration will time out if left for too long without activity, and incomplete sections will be lost. Be sure to have the above information readily available before beginning your registration. All completed sections will be saved, so you will not need to fill them out again.
Current/Existing Family Registration Instructions
Parent Portal account to complete your annual update.
Once you log in to your Parent Portal
Select "More" from the menu
Select "Online Registration"
Be sure to select the Start button next to "Next Year 2026-2027"
New students can be added in the Student section of registration by clicking on the Add New Student Button under the existing student list.

New Family Registration Instructions
This includes families who are new to our district as well as returning families who left the district before the end of the 25-26 school year and are now returning.

Health Requirements
All incoming Headstart, Preschool, Begindergarten, and Kindergarten students need a physical, dental screening, vision screening, and a lead screening before the first day of school.
All incoming 3rd graders need a vision screening.
All incoming 7th graders need a Tdap and Meningitis vaccine or an exception.
All incoming 9th graders need a dental screening.
7th-12th graders who wish to participate in any physical sports practices or events must have a sports physical, concussion form, and an emergency sports card to be allowed to participate. Both physicals and forms are to be renewed yearly and submitted through Bound.
All incoming 12th graders need two doses of the Meningitis vaccine or an exception.
All students need the required immunizations or exceptions in their files before the first day of school.

Documentation of a valid Certificate of Immunization Exemption (Religious or Medical) or Provisional Certificate of Immunization may be submitted in lieu of a Certificate of Immunization. Visit the Nurse's Office page for more information and health forms.
*Please note that Free and Reduced Applications are not released for the 2026-27 school year until July. An email will be sent to families when the USDA releases the new applications.
