
Middle school students have been working in the courtyard. They've been cleaning, planting bulbs and putting things away in preparation for the winter.





Ms.Fernandez’s 7th grade Spanish World Cultures Students created ofrendas for their loved ones.
They tied in the important elements such as, papel picado, pan de muerto, calaveritas, candles, food & drinks and special items their loved ones enjoyed.
Day of the Dead is not a sad day, but a day of celebration to remember those that are no longer with us.






ISU visit for 8th grade females who are in Algebra. The conference focuses on STEM activities and careers. Some of the students are touring the College of Engineering, others may attend a session on coding or DNA work, just to name a few.

They also did a biography for an important Hispanic leader that has made a difference.
