School will be delayed by 2 hours this morning due to inclement weather. No breakfast will be served. Half-day AM preschool is canceled.

Middle school December Dress up Days for our last week before break!

Tonight is the night to hear the musical talent of our 5th and 6th-grade Band students! The concert starts at 5:30 pm in the Middle School Gym doors open at 5:15, see you there!

Are you ready to hear the musical stylings of our West Liberty 7th and 8th grade Band and Choir students? Their concert starts tonight at 7:00 p.m. in the Middle School Gym; doors open at 6:45 p.m. You won't want to miss this concert!

Students in Mr. Beal's room have been utilizing their brand new washing machine this week. Special thanks to the maintenance department for the installation and the kitchen staff for being such a valuable part of this hands-on learning opportunity. The students do laundry from the kitchen daily and other special projects as needed. The students do well over 200 loads per year.!

That's a wrap for the middle school Canned Food Drive! Thank you to everyone that contributed to our 801 donated items! Congratulations to the 8th graders for bringing the most with a total of 354 items!
Mrs. Henderson's students joined 5th grade, 3rd period science class to participate in a mystery meet. They joined another class from somewhere in the world and had to guess where they were from using geography skills!





In 5th grade science, students were challenged to design a ship that uses wind power to deliver a marshmallow passenger across a river! They designed, built, and tested their designs!






Join us in the Middle School Gymnasium on December 10th at 5:30 pm for our 5th and 6th Grade Band Concert! We can't wait for you to hear what our Junior Cadet (5th) and Cadet (6th) Band students have been working on! Doors will open at 5:15 pm.

Our 7th and 8th grade Band and Choir students invite you to an evening of music and entertainment in the Middle School gymnasium on Tuesday, December 10th, at 7:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m.

Remember to bring in canned goods for the Middle School Canned Food Drive! All non-perishable are welcome, though canned fruits and vegetables, canned pasta, and Chunky soups are highly requested. Our last day of collecting items is Wednesday, December 4th!
