What a nice surprise greeting us at the middle school today! Thank you for your support!

On Friday students read about 5 de Mayo in Spanish World Cultures and Spanish Literacy during Ms.Fernandez’s 7th grade classes.
They learned that 5 de Mayo is not Mexico‘s Independence Day, it is to celebrate Mexican Culture. Some enjoyed chips and salsa from Puebla Restaurant!

The 2023-24 WLMS Student Council collaborated with Mr. Beal’s class for a cleanup project around the middle school in recognition of Earth Day!

Attention families: This morning a fender bender occurred involving a WLCSD school bus near Nichols. The bus driver and the 15 students on the bus were ok, there were no injuries. Another bus was disbursed to bring the students safely to school. As always the safety of our students and staff comes first, and we are thankful that no one was injured in this incident.

Kimberly Park is looking so much better! Thanks to the City of West Liberty, Second-Grade Comets, and Middle School Comets! #wlcomets #communityservice #earthdayeveryday
