Tomorrow is the day for Middle School Band and Choir concerts! The 5th and 6th Grade Winter Band Concert will begin at 5:30 pm in the Middle School Gym. The 7th and 8th Grade Band and Choir Concert will begin at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Gym!

So sorry for all of the miscommunication surrounding the band and choir concerts on Tuesday, December 12. There will be two concerts in the Middle School gymnasium that evening: 5th & 6th Grade Band Concert at 5:30 pm 7th & 8th Grade Band and Choir Concert at 7:00 pm

Illness procedure
5th grade field trip to Voxman Music Building on the University of Iowa Campus. The organ professor, Dr. Hand, showed them some of the pipe organs in the building and many of them had the chance to play them!

In 6th grade World Cultures we spent a day in the life of ancient Sumerians. We learned how to write in Cuneiform, make meals from the food we had access to, and made floor plans of Ziggurats to name a few.
