If your student(s) completed the 2021-22 school year and is returning this fall for the 2022-23 school year Current/Existing Families Click Here to log in to your Parent Portal Account and complete your annual update. Fees for the 2022-23 school year will not be collected until late July after Free and Reduced Forms are available from the USDA.
Once you log in to Parent Portal
select “More” from the menu
then select “Online Registration”.
Be sure to select the Start button for the 22-23 Existing Student Registration

All incoming Headstart, Pre-school, Pre-K, and Kindergartners need a physical, dental screening, vision screening, and a lead screening.
All incoming 3rd graders need a vision screening.
All incoming 7th graders need a Tdap and Meningitis vaccine or an exception.
All incoming 9th graders need a dental screening.
6th - 12th graders need to have a signed concussion form on file before participating in P. E.
7th – 12th graders who wish to participate in any physical sports practices or events must have a sports physical, concussion form, and an emergency sports card to be allowed to participate. Both physicals and forms are to be renewed yearly.
All incoming 12th graders need two doses of the Meningitis vaccine or an exception.
All students need the required immunizations or exceptions on file before the first day of school.

Senior citizens (65 and older) may pick up a complimentary pass, good for all regular conference athletic events at the Administration Office, 1103 N. Elm.
The regular admission price for home varsity athletic events is $6.00 for adults and students.
Balances from past due fees assigned to a student during the previous school year will be paid first before applying to this school year’s payments. Parents have the opportunity to pay these fees online by credit card, or at any building office if paying by cash or check. Once you set up your account you may make payments for your family’s fees and lunch accounts. Call your student’s school secretary for directions if you need help getting started.
You will also be able to check your child’s lunch account balance anytime during the school year by going to the Infinite Campus parent portal site. Infinite Campus will also provide you with information on your child’s attendance report, grades, and teacher’s comments. The information that you will need to access the Infinite Campus parent portal site will be provided to you at registration.
2022-23 Free and Reduced Applications are now available! Please note that the waiver on the 2nd page of the free and reduced-price application will need to be signed for other programs and benefits (ex. Parents have the opportunity to pay for their child’s lunch account and student fees online with their credit card at InTouch Online Payments. You can also pay in any building office.
Please follow the instructions above for either Current/Existing Families if your children were enrolled at the end of the 2021-22 school year, or New Families if your child was not enrolled at the end of the 2021-22 school year. Within 2-3 days, you will receive an email or a phone call from your child's building secretary to discuss the details of your student's application. You will receive an email with instructions for setting up your Parent Portal account which will provide access to your child's lunch account balance, grades, schedules, attendance, and other pertinent information. Be sure to check your email often after submitting the registration application.
