Progress continues at the new athletic complex south of the high school. Concrete footings for the concession stand and restrooms are in. Just to the east of those footings, the excavation is complete for the stadium grandstands. Storm sewer and drainage tile work continues.
When completed, the stadium grandstands will have handicap-accessible seating, along with a ramp at the north end, and a vomitorium located in the middle for easy access to the concession stand and restrooms. The bleacher project also includes a much larger stadium press box than the one we currently use at Memorial Field.
Progress also continues at the ELC with exterior and interior work being done. The ceiling grid has started to be installed along with work in the classrooms.
