It is great to be utilizing the newly remodeled kindergarten wing. Staff and students have settled in and are enjoying the new classrooms. The ELC will come alive this Monday as our pre-k students will begin school this coming week. We are very excited to be utilizing the new ELC and Elementary classrooms, and can't wait to get on the new playground!
You will notice some huge changes at the West Liberty Foods Athletic Complex from last week. Crews continue to make progress on the turf for the new football/soccer field at Giri Family Stadium. You can see some of the numbers have been placed. Next week you will see the rest of the numbers and the hash marks getting placed as they continue to finalize other details around the field. They will also begin the mid-field logo! Workers have started tile work again on the baseball and softball fields. Once this work is complete, the rock will start to go on both fields to get ready for turf to be installed.
Inside the Larry and Gloria Dlouhy concession stand, electrical and plumbing crews continue to make progress.
