West Liberty 2024-25 Preschool/Kindergarten Registration

PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR IS OPEN THROUGH APRIL 5TH!

*We only offer 3-year-old Preschool for 3-year-olds who have an IEP (Special Education Individualized Education Program). 

There will be a registration and Dual Language sign-up area open during ELC/Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, February 28th, 4:00 - 8:00 PM and Thursday, February 29th, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM in the ELC Cafeteria for those who aren't able to complete them at home.  

 You will need the information listed below before starting:

  • Household Information — Address and phone numbers

  • Parent Information — Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

  • Student Information— Demographic and health/medication information

  • Emergency Contact – Phone numbers and addresses

If left for too long without any activity your online registration will time out and incomplete sections will be lost. All complete sections will be saved so that you do not need to fill them out again. It would be very beneficial to have all of the above information readily available before beginning your registration. 

CURRENT/EXISTING INFINITE CAMPUS FAMILIES:

If you have children who are current 2023-24 WLCSD students who are returning for the 2024-25 school year Current/Existing Families Click Here to log in to your Parent Portal Account and complete your annual update.

Once you log in to Parent Portal 

  • select “More” from the menu 

  • then select “Online Registration”.   

  • Be sure to select the Start button for the Next Year 24-25 Existing Student Registration

  • New students can be added in the Student section of registration by clicking on the Add New Student button under the existing student list.

Please remember to always keep the schools up-to-date with any life changes that affect emergency and/or home contacts. The Infinite Campus student/parent portal is made available to all parents/guardians and allows you to go online and make changes to your child’s emergency contact records. It also keeps you updated on your child’s academic progress and attendance records. Call the school if you have any questions about using this system.

UNABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE AT HOME?

If you are unable to register online at home there will be a registration and Dual Language sign-up area open during ELC/Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, February 28th, 4:00 - 8:00 PM and Thursday, February 29th, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM in the ELC Cafeteria for those who aren't able to complete them at home.  If you aren't able to register during these times please call your child’s building office to arrange a time to complete registration in the office before April 5th!

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

  • All incoming Headstart, Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergartners need a physical, dental screening, vision screening, and a lead screening before the first day of school.

  • All students need the required immunizations or exceptions on file before the first day of school.
