Preschool and Kindergarten Online Registration and Dual Language Applications For The 2026-27 School Year Will Open at 4:00 pm Tomorrow, February 11th!
Please Be Sure To Register By March 13th!
You will need the information listed below before registering:
Household Information - Address and phone numbers
Parent Information - Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
Student Information - Demographic and health/medication information
Emergency Contact - Names and phone numbers for at least 2 people other than the parents (addresses are not required, but can be entered for emergency contacts if you wish)
If left for too long without any activity, your online registration will time out, and incomplete sections will be lost. It is very beneficial to have all of the above information readily available before beginning your registration.
In-person registration and dual language sign-up will be available for those who aren't able to complete them online. In-person registration will be held in the Early Learning Center (ELC) Cafeteria, 806 N. Miller Street, during ELC and Elementary parent-teacher conferences on
Wednesday, February 11th: 4:00-7:30 PM and
Thursday, February 12th: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
*Please note that 3-year-old Preschool is only provided for 3-year-olds who have an IEP (Special Education Individualized Education Program) here at WLCSD.
Current Existing Infinite Campus Families
If you have children who are currently enrolled with us for the 2025-26 school year, please use this link to log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account and complete your annual update to register all children in your family for the 2026-27 school year!
Once you log into your Parent Portal:
Select "More" from the main menu
Select "Online Registration"
Be sure to select the Start Button for "Next Year 2026-27" Existing Student Registration
New students can be added in the Student section of registration by clicking on the Add New Student Button under the existing student list.

New families can complete their 2026-27 online registration application using the link below. Please be sure to select "Next Year 26-27" and follow all prompts. The "Next" button at the bottom of each screen will take you to the next section. Be sure to use "Next" so you don't miss any necessary information.

Kindergarten Dual Language Application
If you are interested in the Dual Language Program for your incoming Kindergarten student, please fill out the form linked below. The Dual Language Program model provides 50% of instructional time in English and 50% of instructional time in Spanish.
Please note that submission of the Dual Language Program Application does not guarantee placement in the program, and does not register your child for school.

This form is also posted on our website home page: https://www.wl.k12.ia.us/ . Look for the button directly under the scrolling photos on the home page that says Dual Language Kindergarten App. If you know someone who does not have access to fill out the form electronically, paper forms are available at the ELC and Elementary, 806 N. Miller St., or the District Office, 1103 N. Elm St., and must be turned in to the ELC, Elementary, or the District Office before April 3, 2026.
