December 9th Children's COVID Clinic

Wester Drug will be back in the Elementary Gym on Thursday, December 9th from 3:30 - 6:00 pm to provide a Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic for children between the ages of 5 and 11. Children who received their first dose on November 18th will be able to receive their second dose on Thursday.  If you missed the first clinic feel free to attend this Thursday to have your child receive their first dose.  Please email Kara Kruse, kkruse@wl.k12.ia.us if you plan for your child to receive their first dose at this clinic so that she can provide you with the consent form to fill out ahead of time, and be sure to bring your child's insurance card with you on Thursday.

Those who received their 1st dose at the November 18th clinic will just need to come to the Elementary Gym and be ready to provide their name so that they can be matched up with their consent form from the first clinic.  There is no need to fill out another consent form as we already have the one you filled out the first time.

This clinic will take place at West Liberty Elementary School Gym, 806 N. Miller Street.  We ask that attendees enter through door number 2, the north main entrance facing Miller Street (there will be a sign showing you where to enter).  After receiving their shot children will need to stay for a 15 minute observation period before leaving.

If you have any questions about the clinic you may contact Kara Kruse at West Liberty Schools, kkruse@wl.k12.ia.us, or Cory and Michelle Garvin at Wester Drug by email at mgarvin@westerdrug.com or by calling Michelle at 563-299-3395 or Cory at 563-299-3641. If you would like your child to receive the vaccine but you are not available at this time, you can reach out to Wester Drug to arrange a different time at one of their offices in Wilton or Muscatine.
