Wester Drug has partnered with West Liberty School District to provide a Covid-19 Booster Clinic for ages 12+ on Wednesday, January 19th from 3:30 - 6:00 PM in the West Liberty High School Commons, 310 W. Maxson Avenue. We will also be able to administer 2nd doses of the vaccine for those who received their first shot at the December 9th clinic.
If you wish to attend the clinic please fill out the sign-up form linked below so that Wester Drug knows how much of each vaccine to bring to the clinic:

- Place - West Liberty High School Commons. 310 W. Maxson Avenue
- Enter through door number 1 (south door by the High School Office)
- Fill out and bring the consent form with you (select how to receive the form when you sign up using the link above)
- Bring your insurance card with you
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt so you do not have to disrobe
- Prepare to wait for 15 minutes after receiving the shot as this is the required observation time
