Please help us to spread the word regarding the Kindergarten Dual Language Interest Form for 2022-2023 incoming Kindergarten families. We ask that all families who are interested submit their forms by April 15, 2022.
Filling out the form linked below allows us to identify students registering for kindergarten whose parents are interested in the Dual Language program. The Dual Language program model provides academic language 50% of the instructional time in English and 50% of the instructional time in Spanish. In order to ensure that all applicants are considered, parents/legal guardians must submit this form by April 15, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMISSION OF THE DUAL LANGUAGE INTEREST FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT IN THE PROGRAM.
Parent(s) of new or returning students must follow the district's registration process. Submitting this form does not register your child for kindergarten, it only indicates your interest in the Dual Language program. If you know someone who does not have access to fill out the form electronically paper forms are available at the District Office, 1103 N. Elm St., West Liberty, IA, and must be turned back in at the District office once filled out.
