A Note From The Foodservice Director

During the 21-22 school year, lunch and breakfast were available for free to all students due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The USDA has decided that breakfast and lunch will return to full price for the 22-23 school year. We appreciate your understanding as this was not a local decision, but a decision made by the USDA and Federal Government.

Your student(s) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals by filling out the 2022-2023 Iowa Application for Free & Reduced Price School Meals/Milk that will be available in July for the 2022-2023 school year.  As soon as the applications are available, a communication will be sent out from the school district with instructions on filling out and turning in the form along with an overview of the approval process. If you qualify for reduced-price meals, the reduced price is $.30 for breakfast and $.40 for lunch. Information on full-priced meals for the 2022-2023 school year will be available in June.
