Gymnastics Pyramid

We have been working on our Tumbling and Gymnastics unit in Middle School Physical Education and the students are loving it!  This unit helps students to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.  Students also learn about social skills such as cooperation, patience, and responsibility as they work together to learn how to properly perform each move and safely spot each other as they go.  Here are some of the things we have been working on: 



Combinations: frogstand, backbend, walk-over, handstand, backbend, eggroll. (see video below)
