Our 5th grade Comets enjoyed some engineering fun today! Students were given a set of materials and asked to create either a basketball hoop or a football goal post and design and build something that would shoot or kick the ball. #creativemindsatwork

Reserve State Champion Individual! She tied for 1st, and though she had a good day in the reasons room (was 5th with a 48, 48, 45) got edged out by 2 points there in the tiebreaker. She was 5th in Reasons, 8th in Beef, 2nd in Sheep, 2nd in Goats.
