The Winter POPS! Concert takes the stage tonight in the West Liberty High School Auditorium at 7:00 pm! Enjoy performances by Jazz Bands 1 & 2, Winter Drumline, Grades 9-10 and 10-11 Concert Bands, Senior Jazz Combo, Concert Choir, and Voices Unlimited.
