Comet graduates doing awesome things! Ruperto Martinez, 2021 graduate, played a big part in the welding of this new sculpture on the Muscatine Community College campus. The sculpture was inspired by students in the agriculture program, designed and assembled by artist John VandeWalle (left in photo below), with the help of students in the welding program like Ruperto Martinez (right in photo below) and faculty like Chris Kramer (middle in photo below).
