The WLHS Gay Straight Alliance is excited to begin their first ever fundraiser!
Show your support and Pride with an 18"X24", full color yard sign that reads "Together in Pride West Liberty GSA". The design features the inclusive Pride flag. All signs are $15 and the proceeds will help the GSA send students to the Governor's Conference in April, help establish a scholarship fund for graduating seniors, and help purchase supplies throughout the year. For questions; contact Vanessa Vargas (club student president) or Kelly Butcher (teacher representative).
What is the GSA?
The West Liberty High School GSA is part of the national GSA Network. The Gay Straight Alliance Club is a voluntary, student initiated group that meets weekly and provides support, friendship and information in a safe, caring and confidential environment. The purpose of GSA is to promote and maintain a healthy, positive and welcoming environment for all students regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
