Would you like to earn money for the West Liberty Community School District? Hills Bank has a program that will do just that. Classroom Cash empowers you to earn money for WLCSD each time you make a purchase with your Hills Bank debit card. It's a great way for us to make a difference in our community schools.
Since the program began in 2004, $16,787.87 has been donated to WLCSD and over $1.56 million has been earned for all schools in the program. These funds are used to support programs and services that enhance student educational experiences in our district. If you already have a Hills Bank debit card, simply fill out an application at https://www.hillsbank.com/classroom-cash or visit any Hills Bank location.
Attention Parents! An on-site Health Clinic will be available for students on May 20th and 21st! This clinic is not free, but they can bill insurance, including Medicaid, for their services. To learn more and to sign your child up, please visit this link: https://www.wl.k12.ia.us/article/2165814

Thank you West Liberty FFA for cooking breakfast for teachers at the High School! #FFAWeek #TeacherAppreciation

Yesterday was a great day to plant some flowers from the FFA plant sale and seeds donated by Ms. Watts!
The third grade classes travelled to the Black Hawk Historic Site and Hauberg Museum last Thursday. They hiked and learned about native plants and birds, attended a lesson about native animals, took a tour of the museum and learned about Native Americans that lived in the Quad Cities area until the 1600s, then played games that Native American children would have played at that time. They had a blast!

The ELC and Elementary reached their puff ball goal for the month of April! Here are some first graders celebrating with a bubble party!
