The first day of School of the Wild for 4th grade was a success!











Ms. Berns, from Muscatine County Conservation, visited 1st grade with LIVE ANIMALS! First grade learned about amphibians and reptiles and got to pet some of the animals.

Reminder for WLMS students and staff to order your Last Day of School Shirt! Sales end this Friday, April 18th. Shirts are $15 each and can be ordered through the Infinite Campus Middle School Store or through the Middle School Office!

In the 2025 National Civics Bee held in Des Moines, Olivia DeShazo placed 4th and Georgia Clark placed 1st! Both girls were given free tablets, and Georgia was awarded $500. Georgia will go on to the next round in August to compete against 11 other finalists for $1000 and the chance to go to to Washington D.C.

The first group of Arikos Tietje, Reyli Rivera, Cole Daufeldt, and Cameron Elizondo placed 3rd and won $250 in scholarships each! The second group of Cody Seiler, Tytan Griffith, and Cael Daufeldt also competed in the competition.
