Practice will officially start on Monday, August 25th (First Day of School) WOOT WOOT!
7th Grade- 3:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m. at Elementary School
8th Grade- 3:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m. at Middle School
Please wear practice clothes, knee pads, and volleyball shoes/tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle too:)
All players must be registered on bound with an updated physical loaded and signed concussion form.

Today is the day for the Healthy Kids Iowa Food Box distribution! Children between the ages of 4-18 who qualify for Healthy Kids Iowa will receive a FREE box of food. Each family must complete the application to turn in for approval and receipt of the food. You can send someone else to pick up your food, just be sure that they have your completed and signed application to turn in.

Monday, August 11th, will be the first day for high school cross country practice! Practice will be from 7:00-8:30 am August 11-15 and August 18th!
